In the rapidly evolving landscape of biotechnology, the field of cell culture has witnessed remarkable
The solid fermenter system is used in such industries as medicine, beverage, enzymic preparations,biological pesticide,etc. It is a kind of fermenter equipment with volumes of 5L-20KL with suchadvantages as saved investment,good aseptic performance, saved operation environment,simplemaintenance,no easy pollution to the environment, etc.

SlP and cooling: Steam is directly connected to the fermenter, and the purpose of high temperature SIP is realized after itworks with the special mixing system.
Temperature and humidity control:The temperature is digitally displayed. Air volume is adopted to control the temperature.The material temperature is controlled by adopting the full atomizing water supply system.
ln-place seeding and mixing: ln-place differential pressure even seeding. During fermentation, the material mixing andcrushing system in the tank ensures even and stable fermentation.
Horizontal solid fermenter: Convenient observation of materials, thorough discharging.
Control parameters: temperature, rotation speed, humidity.
